Boxing scoring and scoreboard — from judge tablets to the winner on the board
A large scoreboard above the ring, an operator desk and judge tablets at ringside run from one project. Start sounds the gong and the clock runs down; at 30 seconds left the board shows an orange frame and rings a bell. After each round the judges enter and lock their scores on tablets, and the next round opens only after all three have submitted. When the total and the majority point to different winners, the board shows which rule decided it.
This is an example setup, not a real bout or customer installation, and the athlete names are made-up sample names. Scoring is simplified to the 10-point must system (7–10) for demonstration and training; real rules vary by competition. The venue is computer-rendered.
Running it
The total says red, the majority says blue — blue wins by the rule
The venue is computer-rendered. The scoreboard, operator desk and judge tablet show the same sample running in LinkVion, recorded on one timeline. Judge 1 scored on the tablet keypad; judges 2 and 3 submitted the same values a tablet writes. Top left shows the tablet, the operator desk's submission status and the score sheet, cropped from the recording.
40 s rounds, 10 s rest, 3 rounds: start (gong) → 30 seconds left (orange frame, bell) → round end, judge tablet scoring and lock → submission status on the operator desk → rounds 2–3 (fast) → score sheet total 86 : 83 against majority 2 : 1 → winner confirmed (blue). Waiting parts are fast-forwarded · 60 s
The video is silent. The moments the product rings the bell or gong are marked 'Bell' on screen. The venue is computer-rendered for illustration, and you cannot run it on this page.
