Judge camera images, get results as tags

An inspection job is a camera, a recipe and a trigger. The verdict (OK, NG, no verdict) and measured values become tags for PLCs, alarms, history, reports and SCADA, all inside the same program as the gateway.

Running

Inspection beside the line

Triggers — manual, edge, periodic (down to 50 ms), script. Only frames after the trigger are judged.
Result tags — verdict, sequence, totals, NG streak, outputs; written back to PLC tags.
Job cards · records — large verdict, yield, last-50 strip; NG images and CSV download; NG appendix in reports.
Flow inspection — object tracking counts crossings of a line (A→B, B→A) with events and per-object reading.
Detection models — upload a model to find people or objects; box counts and top scores go to tags, PLCs and alarms.
Focus assist — sharpness bars for the center and four corners while you set the lens.

Recipe teaching

Tune on the image, publish as a version

Runs apart from live inspection; the line does not change until you save or publish.
Five image sources: camera, folder images, files, NG images from records, test sets.
Count false accepts and false rejects on test sets; auto-set thresholds and ranges.
Publish new versions, compare, roll back; drafts save automatically.
Per-camera calibration, pattern model teaching, OCR training.

Good to know

Vision is an optional feature opened by licence (vision; teaching needs vision-teach). It is an add-on package on the LinkVion Box and an installer component on Windows; it is not in the Mac package.
Detection model limits per model: 32 MiB and 4 threads on the LinkVion Box, 128 MiB and 8 threads on Windows. No model ships with the product.
Detection results are not a certified safety function. Do not use them as the only means of protecting people or controlling access.
Sample images come from folder-playback cameras and synthetic pictures. Real accuracy depends on lighting, camera and target and needs a trial.
