One program combining an industrial gateway that talks to PLCs and meters, a middleware that stores and processes values, and a web SCADA you design and run in the browser. Vision inspection is optional. The name changed to LinkVion in release 0.1.0.21 (formerly MoaView).
Nothing. Design, operation and settings all open in Chrome, Edge or Safari, from PC, phone or tablet at the same address. The program itself is installed once, on a LinkVion Box or a Windows or Mac PC.
Over 40 adapters including Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII, Mitsubishi MC and SLMP, Siemens S7, LS XGT, Omron FINS, Keyence KV, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT 5, DNP3 and IEC 60870-5-104. Others can be added as declarative adapters from a spec file or as user-defined protocols. See the protocols page for the full table.
Each alarm rule picks its channels, email and/or Telegram. Notification settings are admin-only and take effect as soon as they are saved on screen, and scripts can send Telegram messages too. Besides threshold alarms there are control-chart (SPC) alarms for trends and shifts; their baseline (center and σ) can be learned from incoming values, and the rule screen shows a small control chart and how often false alarms are expected. Telegram, the improved email notices and SPC alarms arrive in the release after 0.1.0.24.
Yes. It runs on its own on the LinkVion Box, a Raspberry Pi CM4 industrial box. It starts as a service at power-on and the web screen is up in about 8.4 s (measured 2026-08-21).
Yes. There is a Windows x64 installer and a Mac dmg (Apple silicon, macOS 14+), both in beta. The Windows installer is not code-signed, so SmartScreen may warn. The Mac version has no vision module.
Request an installer by email (linkvion@gmail.com). Installed without a licence it runs as a trial, with limits of 50 user tags, 5 screens and a 2-hour run limit.
Yes. Licences are checked against the product serial number and a device fingerprint without going online, and LinkVion Box and Mac updates are signed files uploaded and checked on screen (Windows updates with a new installer).
Login with roles (viewer, operator, admin), an audit log, masked passwords in settings, HTTPS (8443 by default), OPC UA certificates, users and per-node permissions, and an authenticated live value stream. Operations write through a confirmation dialog.
Inside the same program as the gateway. It is an optional licensed feature: an add-on package on the LinkVion Box and an installer component on Windows. It is not in the Mac package. Detection results are not a certified safety function.
No. Cases are example setups: one bundled sample arranged as a fictional site and recorded. Product screens on the site are likewise samples and product screens, not customer projects.
Software licences and box bundles are quoted on request; lead time is agreed once the configuration is set. We also welcome demo, PoC and partner (SI, panel builder, reseller) enquiries.
